MTN Tygervalley. Unacceptable service

Good day, i am so disappointed with the MTN store in the Tygervalley shopping center. I went there to do my upgrade. Spend my whole lunch hour there waiting for fingerscanners and what not that did not work. Signed the paperwork but could not do the fingerprint scanning. The agent Nikita advised met that they only need to scan and that i must return today. I accepted her requests and arange to be there just after 12. When is arrived there they said she is on lunch and did not want to assit me. Later on they said she was in a meeting with the supervisor so was unable to assist me. I told Nikita that i take off from work to get to them. This branch is totally unprofessional and doesn't respect their customers time at all. When did this bad service became a norm with MTN. Petrol is expensive and time is money! Really not acceptable at all.
