Mtn tygervalley is *****ing cellphone once delivered by courier?!

I was told my Mtn repair centre. My cellphone was delivered by courier on the 21st August to the store I gave it in on the the 18th of August. To date Mtn tygervalley states they do not have my cellphone, nothing has been delivered by courier...
