MTN TYGERVALLEY

Mtn Tygervalley customer service bad worse experience ever. I went to Mtn to book my phone in for repairs which I got 2 weeks ago by them, Phone is faulty now it's my problem because its pass the 7days. The day I went in the system was offline. I was told to come back at 12o clock or the next day. So, I decided to wait for 12o clock, which was 3 hours away. When I entered Mtn at 12 they looked at me as if what I'm I am doing back. Consultant just told me system is still offline I must come back tomorrow. which I told him I can't come back the following day. he just brushed me off no empathy.
