MTN Tyger Valley is VERY SLOW

I have been standing in the queue outside the Tyger Valley store (next to Game) for 2 hours and the only movement in the queue has been people getting fed up and leaving. I understand that Corona is a thing but why is it taking 2 hours to help one person? I also work in Customer Service and it does not take me 2 hours to help one person. I wish I could get away with helping about 4 people a day. That would be very relaxing. Last time I came here, I stood in a long queue, and was not helped but was given a reference number. I would be contacted with the resolution (and I was). My point, however, is that these other customers are not being given a reference number and told to go away, as they'll be helped later. They're standing here for 2 hours 'being assisted' while no-one else is assisted. In addition, I called the number on the door, which advised I could be assisted that way due to Corona, and was told by a robot voice to call back later as no-one was available to assist. The consultant in the store advised that only one-third of the staff is working, which is why it's taking so long. However, it's not 'taking long', it's not happening at all. At least writing this review is keeping me busy in this queue.

Update: I've been told 'the systems are very slow and that's why it's taken 3 hours to help the people still standing at the counter.'
