MTN turned on mobile advertising even though I opted out.

I've been getting advertising without my consent, even though I disabled it in the MTN app, I now find that "Mobile Advertising", "Callback" and "PRS Communication" have been turned on again and I cannot disable this.

Kindly disable this as I'm sick to death of getting ads I don't want
