MTN trying to ***** honest paying customers!!!

@MTNza nothing but a bunch of ********* #contractcons disconnecting paying customers embezzling money through contracts taking this matter to the #consumerboard #ombudsman enough is enough!!! Please tell me if we so owe you money since previous lockdown how in the world can we get our new upgrades in 2020 in 2015 MTN de*****ed over R6000 in apparent recurring costs that was never received and we never authorized. At our wits end now hearing being handed to the legal department after making payment 2 weeks ago accordingly like every other month. It's pathetic are these people even qualified to do their jobs. My husband's business is solely dependent on his phone for customer queries and assistance. Not only are they *****ing from our contracts but also the food on our table. Disgusted and so done with MTN seeing how frustrating it is on my husband while his work is standing still because some people aren't equipped to do their jobs. No wonder they could help the government with funds now we all know how they come about these funds.
