MTN trying to take money from my bank account

After more than 6 months post the end of my contract, numerous instructions to cancel and being promised that my instruction had been escalated to management, MTN is still trying to get money from my bank account! Absolutely shocking customer service, and would definitely never recommend MTN to anyone!
