Mtn trying to ***** my money
I am currently on a Mychoice 350 contract. It will expire soon. I have more than a thousand rand credit balance available. I would like to switch to a Mychoice 200 as I am not using up all my credit monthly. But MTN states that if I change I will lose my available balance. I see that as nothing short of theft! It also goes against the consumer protection act. It is money I paid and have in credit. I do not see why I must lose it just because I want to switch contracts!
