MTN trying to rob me

My name is Keatlaretse and the account number in question is BA***.

In November 2025 I was contacted by MTN agents to take a home Wifi contract that I took. I was never able to use this Wifi since there's zero coverage in my village. I did notify MTN about this issue and they confirmed that there's indeed no coverage in my area. My problem is that MTN refuses to cancel this contract before what they say I am owing. There's no way I can pay MTN for something that I was never able to use. It is their fault and not mine.

I want MTN to cancel this contract and the amount they say I owe otherwise I will escalate this matter to ICASA.
