MTN trying their best not to be helpful

Poor service from MTN SA as always Poor service from MTN store as always

Tried upgrading online--no success--nothing happend called MTN to upgrade as they are happy to charge 10 times contract rate when out of contract...Who ever tried helping also messed it up as I'm upgraded now on wrong package..

tried going to the useless store in Kolonnade to resolve, with no help at all as they can't assist with anything
