MTN triple debit for August

I have been unable to reach MTN on their customer care number 083135, it just reroutes the call to the Unisa advert each time.

I have emailed the customer care email, I have send an enquire online and no one has contacted me back.

I have been triple debited for the month of August, no explanation.

I want my money back and a reason why this has happened.
