MTN treats customers like **** !!!
Long story short, I lost my phone 6 to 7 weeks ago.. My number has been inactive since then. I tried calling the call centre to perform a sim swap but I cold't get through because of there strike!!!! Each and every flipping time I try calling I get cut off and be told by this annoying machine telling me to call later because the line is to busy. It is extremely unfair for me to struggle like this because of a strike which we have to suffer for. Yesterday afternoon I got through and spoke to a consultant Sithembile to try and get my number, because I did not remember the last Amount I recharged with I was denied my number. Incompitancy at its best.. I need my number MTN.....
