MTN treats coporates as a joke

I had initially app**** for a cell upgrade on the 4 December 2015 on my current mtn contract.my choice was the Samsung S6 edge 64G gold platinum, initially I was told that they do have my choice of colour (how wonderful) then after them making numerous errors and me having to start the application again. on the 2 February 2016 they had got back to say they don't have stock(how wonderful) but however they said that they should have stock by latest 5th February 2016, to date I am still waiting. I am 100% sure I could have placed an order at BMW in Germany and had them custom build a car and still ship it down to South Africa in half the time that I have been waiting for MTN to source a phone from mars. A 20% drop in profits and a 5 billion dollar fine in Nigeria clearly indicates that MTN is a company run by a bunch of *****s. I sincerely hope that my company Transnet does not renew its tender with MTN.
