MTN treats clients badly!!!!!
I called MTN direct to get a data contract and spoke to a Nonhlanhla who was extremely rude. Firstly i was an mtn contract customer for over 4 years till last year june but now im being told i should go to a store to get a contract which is extremely inconvenient. i am currently an MTN client and because of this bad experience i will be switching to a different service provider.
