MTN treated me unfairly

Reference number:***<br> ON 17 November 2015 I realized that MTN handed me to their legal department without any warning for not paying my contract, the reason is that the tabled I used got broken and I did not use the sim card since then, before my tablet got broken I received my statement via mms message and I could not forget as this worked as a reminder to me how ever MTN used to send me sms that was asking me to respond with my email address in order for me to receive my statement via email I did responded and MTN has never responded and that could have helped me not to forget. I inquired about my contract via MTN call center and I was assisted by Tshepang who told me that I was handed to MTN legal department I asked him to provide me with the contact details for legal department and he said he could not provide me with them and said they will call me and that has never happen, I am still waiting for their call. I fill that I have been treated unfairly by MTN and what I ask in this matter is MTN to let me pay the outstanding amount and to re-activate my sim as I have no difficulty of paying my contract except the reason that I had nothing to remind me to pay them.
