MTN TREARS PENSIONERS LIKE DIRT

MTN abuses pensioners. MTN should be bought to justice for abusing Pensioners. My mother is a struggling pensioner. Whose number was disconnected by MTN after other numbers that she is not even aware of were added to her contact.now she pays that amount that was decided upon by MTN. Now she gets threatening messages and she is now handed over etc. Mtn we have been loyal to you for more than 20 years. I am so so mad..

The *********** staff at MTN head office in Ranburg told her all is sorted.guess what it was not.

Last night she fell. And Hurt herself terribly. She could not phone .could not send a message nothing.she had her phone with her. Unfortunately MTN cancelled her service.we found het distraught and terrified.lying on the Floor for 4 hours not being able to reach us. We tried to phone her and her phone was off. That is when we got worried.

MTN almost caused my mothers death. I will not leave this here. I AM PERSONALLY GOING TO MAKE MTN PAY FOR THE TRAUMA MY MOTHER SUFFERED.

SHE WAS TOLD EVERYTHING IS SORTED OUT.

MTN HAS SOME *********** STAFF MEMBERS WHO MISINFORMS THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I FIND IT UTTERLY DISGUSTING.
