MTN trauma
Mtn opened a another contract in my name without my consent. Identify theft. To date, this query has not been resolved. I reported this on the 14th of August 2025. After suspending my cell number for 2 weeks, they now send me a bill for my number and the *****ulent number that was taken out. Customer service is non - existent! I have sent numerous emails from the day I found out, pathetic, unapologetic, clueless call center agents, with absolutely no sympathy for the client (+/-25 years) I hope that someone can assist me, terrible, terrible service

18 Sept 2025, 07:47Now I have received an invoice for R5942.37 for the number that I have reported. The ***** is out there abd MTN has blocked my number due to non payment. It's been almost 2 months and they have NOT called me or sorted out the problem. There is no empathy, no apology, no feedback, nothing.
