MTN Transport Problems???

I have had a terrible experience with MTN Woodlands! My business contract was approved more than a month ago and I'm being delayed because the consultant booked out a white phone instead of a black phone now the system won't allow it to be booked out like that. The delay comes in because non of the consultants nor the manager of the Woodlands MTN store has transport to collect another phone from Brooklyn!! This is the worst excuse I have heard all my life! Can head office please explain to me why it is that a big store such as MTN has a transport problem??
