Good day MTN,
Please check your mail servers as I've opened a case of ***** against you. I've purchased a data bundle on your app that was needed to complete urgent business. The bundle was paid and I received the "approved" email yet my 1 day bundle never appeared.
Please see to it that I'm refunded immediately for the bundle as I no longer require your services after I lost my customers because you couldn't deliver a basic service.

It was only a R27 300mb bundle that I needed to upload a important project.
Note that the bundle eventually got activated 11pm (11 hours after I purchased it) but then got deactivated at midnight because it was a daily bundle....very convenient....
Anyways it doesn't matter now as MTN has cost me two days of hard work and money.
