MTN TRAIN YOUR AGENTS

My phone got ****** i did a sim swop 3 times with mtn they keep sending an otp to the ****** phone and the person declines it and the person who stole my phone is currently ****ming people using my number and my whatsapp. the trauma of the ****** phone is far better that the trauma of an appauling service from mtn, Agents are clueless the last one yesterday said she cant help i must go to the mtn store mind you am far from the closest one.. today still i cant do a sim swop.. All i want is for my number to be suspended and to be able to deactivate my whatsapp and to leave mtn in peace.
