MTN Trade Route

MTN had a pay as go data bundle for R99 for 15 gigs and a bundle for R149 for 30 gigs. i went and bought it from trade route mall MTN on the 1st of Feb an till today i have no data loaded. Im am getting stories to say that it takes 7 to 14 days to load the data. but on the adverti*****t it does not say anything about a 7 to 14 day waiting period to load the data. this is totally unacceptable. I called MTN call center and they could not even help because they don't even know about the Data special that was advertised. I asked for a refund and i was told that i can not get it because the sim card was activated. What is the use the sim card is activated when there is no data loaded now for 9 days. Everytime i ask them what is happening with the data i was told that a call was loaded and they are waiting for response. Today MTN trade route called me and said that i should put my sim card in a phone or router and the data will be loaded, when i put it in there was nothing. When i called them back they said they cant help me because they logging off. There service is really *** because nobody know what is going on.
