MTN tower problem

From the 18/11/2015 the MTN tower in Bathurst Eastern Cape started experiencing problems to were the signal is dropped significantly to even no signal whatsoever for hours on end sometimes. I've warned MTN before and the tower they came and repaired but now it's back to going to full strength to zero and sometimes there's full strength but you cannot make a call or even send a text message. I also warned MTN that this tower is the only link to help for us as a farming community and needs it's for emergencies. This Monday a farmer and his wife was attacked at their farm and could only phoned for help after the attacker's left way to late after the attackers left long ago. I've also told MTN that I informed you and my family if anything should happen to me and I tried to phone or text someone for help and couldn't they will sue you thoroughly as you could have prevented this by having your tower in working order. And it's not just my one phone but all my phones I have and not just my home but the whole of Bathurst area surrounding the tower and not just a particular spot. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of complaining about this same problem every 4 to 6 months.
