MTN tower off due to nonpayment of Electricity Bill ??????????????

So MTN's tower at our house was suspended according to the MTN coverage department due to nonpayment of the electricity Bill. So may I send MTN my bill for not being able to use my phone a service I pay for.

So I spend 8 hours a day at work 5 days a week So of the 744 hours a month I will not have service for 568 hours so 23.6% of the Month I will have service and I pay for the other 76.4% where I don't have service?????

MTN you are in bridge of contract.
