MTN tower keeps dropping while working from home

With lockdown we have to work from home. We have a MTN tower not too far from our house, however, this tower goes down daily. It shows "LTE", but no data goes through, it's a daily struggle. Its been like this for the past month and a half. Previously it worked very well. When you phone MTN, they just say the tower is "on". Yes, its "on" but many times no data goes through. We have 3 x MTN sim cards and devices and its the same with all. This is so frustrating and has a massive impact on my daily work. Please help.
