MTN TOWER DOWN MORE THAN 7 DAYS

We live in Kromdraai between BelaBela and Thabazimbi. There are constant issues with the signal and now since 15 April 2022 the tower has been down. This whole area has no MTN coverage. We cannot get OTP's for payments, we cannot phone clients and they cannot phone us. This is pathetic. Apparently the generator is damaged, how long can it take to repair! We pay expensive contracts for no service. I have been a client for more than 20 years and I am not happy!!
