MTN tower down for a week, but they don’t care

Our MTN tower has gone down last week with load shedding, now we have no MTN signal here in ramsgate. People can’t even log a fault with eskom cause they can’t send an sms. When you phone MTN th ey just say , it’s loadshedding. Currently we have no signal (not even talking about lte, just normal gprs ) for a day. No one can call nothing. Ramsgate in KZN have absolutely no communications. So end of month I won’t pay. Awesome
