mtn Tower Down 2 weeks - No service

To whom it may concern,

Please take note that Cathcart, Eastern Cape has been without signal for 2 weeks now as the tower is down!

I have been phoning *** (Report fault line) daily only to hear that this will be escalated.

Should customers not be treated fairly with prompt responces?

What is MTN’s turnaround time to correct a fault?

The town has been with no signal during this time, what could be done to resolve this?

Surely we expect better service than this, this borders on no service at all??

I would appreciate feedback on this a.s.a.p!
