MTN Tower does not work, Data bought cannot be used. No reply bad customer service

Dear MTN, We have been struggling with a signal endlessly. We noted the problem with you on the 8th of June. We have not heard back from you after a promised signal booster. We have sent numerous emails but no reply. We have not had a call from you either. Five months have passed already. Can you please clarify why you have not responded. Please see our email from *** to your inbox dated 8 June. Our number that we are tkrying to connect is *** but as stated there is simply no reception. We used top have reception but now the reception is gone. One day it is there the next gone. As we are dependent on data for our business (Expensive with MTN, I might add), we are paying a premium on montly data that lapses every day and we cannot use it.

Therefor we please need a refund on our past weeks bad reception as we bought the product but MTN could not deliver.
