MTN TOTALLY USELESS IN HELPING

A phone was added to my profile without my consent: i discovered it when my phone was ****** :I asked them to cancel and block both: they said it would cost me to cancel the extra phone: they did not provide me with the details or security who had added the phone: the saga continues and so do the costs: phone again in 10 days. Phone the ***** dept, report to police and get a docket: all done and I still no resolve: call center and shops give differing stories and advice : DOES ANYONE AT MTN CARE:: NO you just get pushed around:
