MTN totally useless

Mtn is now threatening to blacklist me saying I owe R212 but I keep paying way more yet twice they have credited my payments. This is an absolute joke. Obviously whoever is dealing with accounts doesn't deserve to be. I have this issue every year. I'm so sick of this. If my account gets cut or I am black listed there will be hell I am way in credit
