MTN - Totally inefficient or *******?????

MTN are the the most useless bunch of individuals when it comes to cancelling your contract. Or are they just ******* hiding behind inefficiency? I cancelled my contract in July and they are still debiting my account. I now have to contact my bank to get these reversed. The biggest pain is that I am no longer in SA.
