MTN (Total lack of)_ Customer care

I tried to phone 135 to get assistance from a HUMAN BEING at their customer care number. They have 4 options with multiple sub options and NONE of them were the one's I wanted. So they say 'Sorry for you' and drop your call. I used to have about 14 business and personal numbers with MTN but due to their total LACK of customer care I switched in total over to Telkom. When you phone Telkom's customer care someone answers and you get the right response. If I can give any advice on this column switch to Telkom. They are professional, contractually reasonable and competitively priced. MTN have managed to acheive levels of incompetence that the government aspires to with the State owned Enterprises (SOE's). When the English invented the word '***********' they never foresaw the levels of ineptitude to which MTN would manage to take the word. I am sure the English would have found a more apt word just for them. I think inept is also a total understatement
