MTN torture

Trying to cancel my contract. can only be done by phoning them. then getting cut off repeatedly after listening to hold music that should be outlawed for 5 t 10 minutes. Why make it so difficult? takes 2 seconds to reach someone to sign-up, impossible to cancel
