MTN top up bill
Late last year I had a bill from MTN on my top up contract amounting to +- 7000, now again the same thing happened where I owe MTN on a top up contract, after he first encounter I kindly explained to MTN that I use this number for work and if they somehow make a mistake with the type of contract I signed up for could it please be rectified. Yet again in a space of less than six months MTN repeats the same thing. MTN please unblock my number and clear the bill which you have added on to my top up contract. The service I have been receiving from MTN is bad,so bad that as a loyal customer for so many years I'm thinking of migrating to a different Network. I would like MTN to sort this mess out within the next few hours, I can not with stand such bad treatment and service from MTN.

You were billed for roamed calls, the number is on My MTNChoice Flexi R110. Kindly be advised that the usage limit service does not apply when roaming and you are charged for making and receiving calls; data usage as well as calls to voicemail. There is a time delay of +-40 - 90 days for us to receive roaming bills from the other networks.
We have logged a request to validate the usage on invoice dated 2015-12-11 reference number: ***.
