MTN took R5000 instead of R500, now I can't get it back
<p>2 weeks ago I was charged R5309 instead of R595 for my MTN and despite me spending almost every day on the phone with them, I can't get the money back. </p>
I have subsequently visited MTN in 14th avenue was promised the same thing. The refund did not cover the money that was taken. I have just received my bill for this month and it seems that more money has been taken, unfortunately I can't see what it is because I don't pay for itemized billing. This needs to be sorted out. I cannot keep having money I have not spent being taken from me.
