MTN took my phone for repairs in 2014 now its 2015
I took my for for repairs at MTN Store in East Gate mall, The problem with my phone was the battery, it was always flat and the Keypad was dialing automatically and it was under warranty. Then they took my phone and they called me after two weeks in August 2014 but the phone didn't have a battery but they took it with a battery, then they took it again and they phoned again to come and collect but my phone was not working at all. but they said they will take it to their head office for them to repair it or replace it. even today they didn't fix my phone and they still have it and whenever i phone them they keep on transferring me to the other lines. And i'm paying the phone monthly.
