MTN TOOK MY PHONE AND IT IS STILL NOT BACK - 2 MONTHS LATER

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro last year, and the phone's battery had problems in January. I took the phone back to MTN Menlyn where I bought it on the 16th of January 2022. My phone was taken to repairs, but guess what? Till today, the 8th of March 2022 my phone is still not back. I call MTN all the time, and each time I am given a different story about my phone. Today, the store manager is ignoring me and they have gone to the extent of ignoring my calls, but my phone is still not here!

My account is being debited every month with this phone, but I do not have it. So basically I am paying for a phone that I do not have. MTN is unable to fulfil their contractual obligation. In the year 2020 they put me on a legal status whereas I had fully paid the previous phone. We are not being appreciated as loyal customers.
