MTN TOOK MY NUMBER I HAVE USED SINCE 2008

MTN has been one of the good networks but recently I cannot say that anymore about them. Had a problem with my simcard and waited so long for their response when they finally attended to my complain my simcard my number was deactivated. As I tried to reason with them it took so long in the end I got response telling me my number is thrown into some network pool or given to someone else nonsense and I cannot have it back but the number is not being used when I dial it as a result I had to forfeit my number used it since 2008 to lose it now. I'm done with this network for good now extremely disappointed
