MTN TOOK MY MONEY WHILE I DON’T OWE THEM

I bought a 12 month contract deal at MTN store in Eastgate Mall and it was R350.00 per month but they were taking R378 every moth and and I asked once if what was the reason and they tried to explain something that I could understand and I left it like that as I knew that their contract will never be renewed. When the contract was about to end they asked me to renew and I declined and then I was sent an email saying from end of December 2025 I will be in month to month basis. I was too busy to respond but somewhere in Jan I remembered and send them an email requesting cancellation formally and they asked me to return the device back to the store. I got home and unplugged it same time as it was useless in any way I paid for 7 day data all the previous 12 months, but I did not deliver it to the store. I’ve allowed them to take Jan 2026 payment but I remembered to send it to their store on the 1st of February and did the follow up to make sure I don’t get billed for something I don’t have and not used , but guess what they took R549.00 from my bank account after talking to them more than five time, asking them not to take my money. Can MTN bring back my money nicely to my bank account ? You can use this ref number to track my complaint down ref DO***. Please don’t call me send me emails when responding
