MTN took my money but still doesn't want to reactive my lines

Good day honestly I'm not happy with MTN this is my second review I paid MTN on the 6th of march 2024 since from that day I have been calling and emailing but still no help i got a paid up letter but still no help and when I visit the stores they tell me that my profile has been updated MTN is even owing instead but they can't reactive the legal department must reactive my lines I have been calling and emailing they don't respond my emails now i am very angry I'm not happy with MTN
