Mtn took my money

Order a wireless router on the 23rd of may,dsv called me to inform me that my order was cancelled by mtn,i payed prorata and a month upfront because this was a month to month contract,i have been put through to at least 10 call centres ,i was told to ask for a refund and order again,it is Impossible to get someone to actually help you
