MTN took money from my account earlier this year, promised to pay it back and no ignores me

I am experiencing the worst of the worst service and what appears to be *******ion from MTN. In July 2018 I ordered a phone and they delivered the wrong phone. They took it back and 4 months later I am still waiting on a solution and they fled with my money like the Guptas fled. They dont return my calls nor send me a new phone instead they keep taking money from my account. The one lady that I spoke to Perserverance said se will sort it out but I must first go on Hello Peter to give her a good rating. I did not as her request is unprofessional I mean OH MY WORD the nerve and now she did not sort it out. She tells me she keeps on asking her supervisor and her supervisor ignores her. This is disguisting where is my money and where is the service????????? So MTN *****s peoples money from their bank accounts then disappears? Christal Roman 602679
