Mtn took all my airtime and data

I loaded R200 airtime and 3 gig data on the 26/10/2017. On the 31/10/2017 I had no data and no airtime on my phone. I called the call centre on the 31/10/2017 and was told to switch my phone off for 48 hours. After the 48 hours I turned my phone on and still I had no airtime or data. I then called the call centre again and they said they will log a complaint to investigate. They gave me a reference number. After 3 days I still did not get any feedback so I loaded additional 1gig data as I am dependable on my internet service for work purposes. Then 2 days after loading the data there was no data again on my phone. I called the call centre again and told them that I went to my lawyer about this as this is in breach of the Consumer act of South Africa. I spoke to a Supervisor who told me she can give me a number to phone seeing that I'm dealing with my lawyers but this is a chargeable call but MTN stole my airtime so I cant make any calls. I logged a complaint again on Tuesday the 7/11/2017 and yet I had no response from MTN. I will make sure everyone I know and every client of mine that is using the MTN network will leave MTN and go to another supplier as there is a conspiracy going on with MTN as there was the same thing happening in Nigeria a while ago. I work in the emergency assist line so keep in mind I speak to more people on a daily basis than the MTN call centre does. I don't want my airtime or data back as I am leaving the network but I want my money back that I used to buy the data and airtime. If this is not done by the close of business on the 12/11/2017 I will make sure that MTN loose a lot of their client basis. I am done fighting with MTN. I just want my money back and I'm leaving the network.
