Mtn took 189 rand and never load data on my phone

I charged my phone with 1.5 gigabyte through the mtn app, paying 189 rand on the 8th of June 2021, but the data was never loaded into my phone. I phoned mtn three times and they were not able to solve the issue. The last reference call was *** with Tsatang. I believe it is the most terrible **** and service I have ever received in my life. I will switch to Vodacom as soon I can.
