MTN TOO BUSY TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS

Had a contract with mtn for days it ended and the card had since been destroyed.They than listed me on itc for non payment after the contract end dates.They advise that the contract carries on after the 2 year term. Once it came to my attention I went into the branch numerous times and told them of dissatisfaction they advised they cannot assist it handed over the attorneys who call and after explaining the story advise they can’t assist contact mtn I have been thrown pillar to post the amount has now escalated to thousands. Upon advising attorneys of problem the said jus pay those amounts to get rid of the listing they can’t assist.It had gone from around R300 to over R2500. The calls from mtn the person says hello it cuts and cannot call that number back it has been about 6 months now. Call centre the same no help. Stuck with a listing and no assistance.Have even requested attorneys to bring matter to court to seek sum finalisation.
