Mtn told me there's nothing they can do as their system is not working

I place an order for router from mtn and was supposed to be delivered to me by courier company called dsv but till today I haven't received the package, I called them and Nomfundo the consultant told me there's nothing she can do as their system is not working they couldn't careless
