MTN to change name to Excuse network

MTN does not know how to do data sharing. Excuses, excuses..... Excuses.... That is all I can get from MTN, maybe they should change their name to excuse network because reading some other reviews I see the same story over and over. Especially with data and sharing of data. Getting reference numbers don't mean anything anymore. I was trying to share data from one card to another card, all under my name.I have three cards under my name and two of them I had on contract for many years but still to share data from my own card to another card is just to difficult for MTN consultants to achieve. If it is lack of training or just simple incompetence the frustration to dial 135 and after waiting for hours to speak to a consultant or even going to a MTN store the effect is the same, no joy. Everyone have a different excuse... I would just like to warn people considering MTN as a service provider about the shocking experience I had and still have as the problem could not be resolved for weeks.
