MTN to cancel my contract.

I have called MTN to put me on pre-paid and cancel my contract for the past few weeks and still no response. I have called in and send several emails to them and still no feedback on BA***. But received the monthly bill for end of June already. WOW MTN what a pathetic service you offering to your clients. All you have to do is cancel my contract and I have provided sufficient notice period.
