MTN tlcrewards vouchers is a **** and MTN does not care

Mtn rewards is a ****, I decided to redeem my yello bucks ponts to a debonairs pizza voucher(of R100). I did receive an sms saying "Yello! Your R100 Debonairs Voucher code is 9******** To redeem visit www.debonairspizza.co.za and enter code on check out. Voucher expires on 18-March-2022" but to my suprise it keeps on saying voucher invalid when I try to use it, I have tried to send e-mails to ***, only to get a response saying "Dear Valued Customer: Your request “ 902436 ” has been received and will be responded to within 48 hours", it has been over more than 48 hours now with no assistance from them.
