MTN TIME TO CATCH A WAKE UP
My contract expired in the 19th of April, where MTN only had to take money end of April pro rata for the 19 days, I blocked the debit order due to the fact that I know how useless they are, as I've been complaining for the last 2 years due to the fact w had no signal, filled in the coverage form 3 times and no response, and now at the end of May they deducted for two months, wake up the thing is cancelled, I want my money refunded.TODAY, AND I've GOT ANOTHER CONTRACT, I WILL GO TO THE BANK TODAY AND BLOCK ALL MTN DEBIT ORDERS OFF MY ACCOUNT, AS YOU can't render the service but you TAKE THE MONEY.

08 Jun 2015, 11:53Hello MARIANNA1,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records there were two contracts under your name, the contract in question was deactivated on the 04-05-2015 and a pro-rata credit was passed on the 26-05-2015.
The debit order that was submitted for the end of April was for the invoices dated 26-03-2015 because the account runs a month in areas.
Best regards
